Past Projects
I typically work as an extension of the internal team, communicating recommendations and either providing instructions or making the updates directly in your PCC database (most often the latter).
A major focus of my work is assessment (UDA) build and modification — an area many homes struggle with.
Recent project work has included configuration and rollout support for major initiatives such as: InterRAI LTCF transition, RNAO Clinical Pathways, Skin & Wound upgrade, MFA deployment, and other module implementations. Between these larger initiatives, I also assist with reporting requests, security setups, troubleshooting, and system improvements that reduce day-to-day frustrations.
The focus is always on practical, sustainable solutions that make systems easier for staff to use and easier for organizations to manage.
