Diagnose and resolve PointClickCare system issues to minimize operational disruptions. Communication with PCC - including Client Success Managers and the IT Support Desk – is coordinated to escalate, track, and follow through on outstanding items. Ongoing user support addresses staff questions, assists with troubleshooting, and provides best-practice recommendations informed by experience across multiple long-term care homes.
