How do you typically work with LTC homes?

I typically work as an extension of the internal team — reviewing existing setup, identifying opportunities for improvement, and either providing step-by-step guidance or making updates directly in your PCC database.

Will changes require a lot of staff time or disrupt day-to-day workflows?

In most cases, no. Configuration updates are typically introduced in a controlled way to minimize disruption. Most work is completed in the background, with input from leadership or clinical staff only when required. Where possible, tools are piloted or reviewed with key users before being introduced across the organization.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Most work is completed remotely, directly within your PCC environment. On-site support can be arranged if needed, particularly during major rollouts or go-live periods.

What if we’re in the middle of something already?

Support can be provided during or after an implementation, upgrade, or internal initiative — whether that involves configuration, reporting, or troubleshooting.

Can you assist with reporting for audits or Ministry requests?

Yes. Reporting support can be provided to extract and interpret data for audits, internal reviews, or external reporting needs. This includes real-time reporting required during Ministry visits.
